According to the Public Relations Department of Welfare of Yazd province; during the ceremony, which was the head of the welfare of Yazd province, deputy social affairs, head of the welfare of Yazd city and a group of children, the welfare guard said: "Welfare work starts from birth and continues until the end of years of life. And in the sixth program, the development of mental health promotion of the community has been entrusted to welfare.
