Welfare of Yazd Province has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the General Directorate of Public Libraries to cooperate, implement and provide cultural services to people affected by social disabilities and enhance the capabilities of people with disabilities.

Concerning the welfare obligations of Yazd province, he said: Welfare is committed to providing the maximum presence of its target community in the programs of the Libraries, the Razavi Book Festival, as well as the announcement of target community statistics (the blind, the elderly, the deaf).
