Manage performance management in line with organizational policies

Director General of the Office of Management of Wellbeing at the Office of Administrative Health and Anti-Corruption Training in Yazd said: "Performance management officials should move in line with the organization's policies."
"Experts in the performance management offices, while communicating with the inspection agency and other supervisory bodies, should be concerned about well-being," said Kazem Nazem Deh.
He saw performance management as the eyes of the organization, and said: "Our job is to really deal with what we see, not subjective interpretation, bias or the use of legal standing."
Kadhim Dahmaz, stating that the performance management should not step down from the CEO, said: Performance management should move behind the CEO in line with his policies based on the organization's policies, which is the science of management.
"In the office of performance management we need to know where we are and where we want to move," he said.
It is worth mentioning that the official health and anti-corruption training session was held in Yazd with the participation of officials and experts of welfare performance management offices throughout the country.
