300 million Rials exemption for Bahabad welfare clients from paying the branch fee

According to the public relations of the Bahabad Welfare Department, the clients of the Bahabad Welfare Organization benefited from the 300 million Rials exemption from paying water, electricity, gas, building permit issuance fees and urban tolls in 1998.
According to the report, 60% of these exemptions were for electricity bills, 15% for gas, 15% for water and 10% for building permits and tolls.
