Start examining the qualifications of applicants for positive welfare living centers

The examination of the general and specific qualifications of the applicants for the establishment of positive life centers began on July 1 in Yazd.
 Announcing this news, the Director General of Welfare of Yazd Province said: With the expiration of the deadline for calling and uploading documents by applicants for establishing positive living centers in the system of registration and issuance of licenses for non-governmental centers of the Welfare Organization, the work of reviewing public and private qualifications .
Dr. Ali Mohammad Atabakhsh, referring to the good response of applicants to the establishment of positive living centers in Yazd province, said: 212 people have registered electronically, of which 40 are eligible individuals and legal entities.
He said that all the steps of registering the application and submitting the documents have been done electronically. Applicants will be introduced to the specialized working group for an interview and, if approved, will be referred to the Article 26 Commission of the province for final review and announcement of the result.
Director General of Welfare of Yazd Province, referring to the specialized interview of applicants in two stages, said: In the first stage, applicants will answer specialized questions electronically, and in the next stage, experts and welfare experts will review the applicants' familiarity with the organization's goals, target community and performance. Communication skills, general level of mental health, special personal characteristics, self-confidence motivation, cooperative spirit and cooperation.
Regarding the activities of these centers, he said: Welfare service centers (positive life); There are non-governmental organizations that, in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 26 of the Law on Regulating a Part of the Government's Financial Regulations, after obtaining a license from Welfare, provide a set of services at the level of a welfare organization in the field of information technology.


The level of welfare services that can be provided in positive life centers are:
 1- Registering the application for adoption and filing a preliminary case
2- Registering the application / filing the file and answering to the clients
3- Initial interview
4- Obtaining and reviewing documents
5- Visiting the house
6- Analyzing, identifying and determining the priorities of the client's needs and presenting the proposal of the auxiliary program
7- Referral of target community requests, both financial (continuous / non-continuous) and letter of introduction
8- Pursuing family support affairs
9- Refer to higher level centers and other devices
10. Local needs assessment and measurement
11- Identifying local volunteers, benefactors and trustees and seeking support
12- Identifying, examining and analyzing the social situation of the neighborhood
13- Facilitating and forming a neighborhood team / and community-based actions
14. Active identification of the target community
15- Providing training on family formation and consolidation
16- Life skills training and prevention of social harms
17. Informing to prevent disabilities
18. Level screening for the prevention of disabilities, referral and follow-up including: visual screening, hearing, genetic disorders, autism, etc.
19. Carrying out the inquiries and follow-ups required for: issuing and renewing the agreement in principle, establishment license, activity license, technical license of non-governmental centers and institutions contained in the thirteen clauses of Article 26 of the Law on Regulating Part of Government Financial Regulations
20- Informing and introducing the services of the organization
21. Cooperation in the implementation of new plans and programs of the organization
22. Attracting public participation, both cash and non-cash
