Participation of people with disabilities in the employment test of executive bodies

The Director General of Welfare of Yazd Province, emphasizing the 3% quota of employment of people with disabilities, called on them to participate in the welfare employment test and other executive bodies.
Ali Mohammad Atabakhsh, stating that in this joint comprehensive test, 38,000 employment capacities related to 26 executive bodies have been announced, said: 3% of these posts are allocated to people with disabilities, which is one of the other quotas. Employment is separate.
He announced the employment of 596 people in this test by welfare throughout the country and said: out of 17 people are employed in welfare in Yazd province, 3% of this quota is for people with disabilities.
Atabakhsh asked people with disabilities, like other citizens, to register for this comprehensive exam by the end of Saturday, September 20, by referring to the website of the National Assessment Organization.
Referring to Article 15 of the Law on the Protection of Persons with Disabilities, he said: "According to this law, the government is required to provide at least 3% of the employment permits of government and public agencies such as ministries, organizations, institutions, companies and public and revolutionary institutions." And allocate other devices that use government funding to eligible people with disabilities.
The Director General of Welfare of Yazd Province pointed out: According to this legal article, the highest official of the executive body of public non-governmental organizations, ie municipalities and banks, are also obliged to strictly implement this article.
Regarding the non-implementation of this legal article, he said: "According to the law, violators, as the case may be, will be punished by the competent authorities with a fine of 5 to 8 degrees, subject to Article 19 of the Islamic Penal Code, as well as temporary or permanent dismissal from public services, demotion or They are sentenced to suspension from sensitive managerial positions or dismissal from the relevant institution or organization.
He added: "Since 1998, after the approval of the law on the protection of people with disabilities and its notification by the president, this law has been implemented with the cooperation of the administrative and employment organization and has been considered in employment tests."
Atabakhsh stated that none of the intended quotas can be allocated to other candidates, and reminded that even if none of the disabled people participating in this test succeed in obtaining the set quota, this quota is reserved for the next exams. Stays.
He stressed: "If people with disabilities want to use the excess of the employment quota, they can also compete through other candidates."
The eighth recruitment exam for executive bodies will be held comprehensively in the second week of November. The opportunity to register for this recruitment exam will start on Thursday, September 11, and will continue until Saturday, September 20.
