Yazd Welfare Rehabilitation Deputy announced this news: Simultaneously with the arrival of 13 December, coinciding with the 3rd of December, the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, the Welfare of the country has considered 8th to 14th of December as the week of commemoration of the disabled.

Regarding the naming of the days of this week, Massoud Neshan said: Saturday, December 29, entitled "Inclusion of people with disabilities in the path of social integration in the world after Corona", Sunday, December 29, entitled "People with disabilities under the umbrella of legal protections" Monday 10 December with the title "Employment of people with disabilities, opportunities and challenges ahead" Tuesday, December 11 with the title "People with disabilities and strengthening the family system" Wednesday, December 12 with the title "Media and public awareness about the issues of people with disabilities" Thursday December 4th has been named as "People with Disabilities and Social Responsibility of Members of Society" and Friday, December 5th has been named as "Alignment of Institutions and National Determination in Restoring the Rights of People with Disabilities".

He announced the holding of this week's commemoration ceremony virtually and noted: providing free rehabilitation services to the covered people, introducing the capabilities, capacities and issues and problems of people with disabilities in the media, developing public awareness programs about the International People's Day Disability, holding an exhibition of individual and group paintings of disabled artists virtually, appreciation of disabled employees of provincial offices and appreciation of rehabilitation centers, vocational training and supportive production for the disabled are other programs planned for this week.
