The Director General of Welfare of Yazd Province announced the presence of the Deaf Liaison in traffic and driving trainings as well as the driving license test for the deaf in Yazd.

Ali Mohammad Atabakhsh, who spoke at the 15th meeting of the Coordination and Follow-up Headquarters of the country's adaptation, said: "During the memorandum of understanding with the province's traffic police, the deaf liaison is present in training and testing driver's licenses for the deaf."

He announced the establishment of the first deaf counseling center in Yazd and said: "It has been set up to provide public counseling services on the subject of family, children, education and marriage."

The Director General of Welfare of Yazd Province said: The counseling services of this center are provided by a psychologist fluent in sign language.
