Coverage of 100% of children under the age of 3 to 6 years old children in the Ardakan villages

Head of the Ardakan Department of Welfare said the rural coverage of the Amblyopia plan (Prevention of Laziness) in the city reached 100%
"This year, with the implementation of this project, 733 children aged 3 to 6 years in villages (Turkabad, Kharanagh, Saghand, Rabat Pasbadamand, Mazrae Nova and Aghda) and 3,420 urban children in Ardakan were screened by an optician device," said Amir Vallezadzadeh. Of these, 359 cases have been identified as suspected and referred to specialists for further investigation.
"Dr. Adzadeh", the general objective of the lazy eye screening program, has been to raise the level of vision in children between 3 and 6 years old in the city, and stated: Amblyopia or laziness is one of the common causes of blindness and blindness, sometimes binocular, if given on a timely basis. In many cases, it is possible to anticipate and is the best age for the treatment of laziness under the age of six.
He emphasized that this plan will be implemented from November 1st to end of school year in kindergartens, preschools, health centers in urban and rural areas, as well as on Mondays and Wednesdays every week from 17 to 19 at the site of the city's welfare office by " Desert Rain Institute ".
