Welfare Directorate of Yazd province reported a 10% increase in welfare recipients' pensions.
Dr Jalil Efati, announcing this news at a meeting of the Yazd
provincial welfare council, pointed to a 10% increase in the recipients'
pension, saying that it is anticipated that the subsidy would be cut
off for three decades and its income will be spent on individuals behind
the turn of receiving support services.
He added that 50,000 shares of the site are expected to enter the service cycle on the basis of well-being.
The Welfare Directorate of Yazd province added a 20% increase in
welfare funds in the year of 1997, saying that 13% of the welfare funds
were raised in the government bill and 7% in the comprehensive law on
the protection of people with disabilities.
In another part of his speech he emphasized the effectiveness of
welfare services and said: "In all areas of service to the community,
the goal should be to move forward and not only to the current ones."
Dr. Efati asked the deputies and heads of the welfare departments of
the provincial cities to strive to promote the capacities and
capabilities of the community.
He emphasized the necessity of expanding welfare services in the
nongovernmental sector, and stated: "The more welfare services you bring
in the people, the more cooperation and participation will be.
The Welfare Directorate of Yazd province said that nongovernmental
organizations are working partners of welfare and said the process of
monitoring the activities of these centers and institutions should be to
improve the quality of services.
He said about welfare employment opportunities for the target
community: welfare is not merely the distribution of facilities, but the
creation of employment for the target community.
Dr. Efati regards the well-being as the most specialized and central
mechanism of the country's social sphere, and said: "The law of the
sixth program of development has also introduced welfare as a trustee of
social health."
Referring
to welfare activities in the field of addiction and social harm, he
said: The Center for Adjuvant Therapy is the only admissions admissions
office and the Emergency Social Welfare Center is the only center for
accepting cases of social harm in the province and is well prepared for
service in these areas. Specialized.
Dr. Efati referred to the approach of welfare as a family to the
family and said: "Accelerating the process of assigning children to
well-deserved applicants' families is because we believe that having
children with a family is better than having them at the best mercenary
centers of welfare."
He
cited the education and training of children under the age of 6 and
pointed out that the education system can not guide kindergarten because
its thinking is not the cultivation, growth and development of the
child.
