The head of the Ardakan Welfare Organization, on the sidelines of the ceremony, mentioned the purpose of the exhibition, the recognition of the art of the disabled and the capabilities of the disabled, and added: helping sustainable employment and income generation for the needy, as well as creating a living room for the supply and sale of manufactured goods for people with disabilities for other purposes.  Dr. Adzadeh pointed out that the employment of disabled people is one of the concerns of people with disabilities, which has a great impact on both the economic and psychological aspects of increasing the confidence and self-esteem of people with disabilities. He added that the welfare of the disabled in the employment sector has all the capabilities and potentials And is trying to reduce this concern.
Azdzadeh introduced the empowerment of disabled people and welfare workers by launching various exhibitions in one of the ways to create jobs. He said: "The handicraft exhibition and the ability of the clients have been set up to introduce the capabilities of the handicapped handicapped in Ardakan."
He said that the products presented at the exhibition were the result of the work of a number of capable people in Ardakan: "The craftsmen of welfare students in the form of weaving, carpets, carpet weaving, doll making, embroidery, sewing, flowering, Weaving sticks, hooks and weaving are presented.
