He noted that last year, the capital of Yazd's mother-based organizations was nearly 41 billion in the province, and this year it reached 48 billion and 500 billion, up 20 percent.
The Welfare Directorate of Yazd province said that up to now 60% of the credits have been allocated and, fortunately, we have had good performance centers in necessary payments, including subsidies.
"The adoption of the law on the protection of persons with disabilities and the announcement by the presidency certainly has created expectations that the fulfillment of all these obligations can not be achieved, given the current state of the budget," he said.
"We propose that part of this law be implemented next year, and some parts of it will be implemented in the years to come, so that we can complete the project at any stage, with full effect."
The Welfare Directorate of Yazd province noted that the government has considered the budget for this, but our prediction for implementing this plan is twice the amount seen by the government.
"Unfortunately, the negligence we have had in social affairs in the past has caused social damage to happen nowadays, and it's imperative to pay attention to it," he added.
He stressed that the development of social emergencies is one of the issues that must be taken into consideration and that we can take the necessary measures and see the damage minimized as much as possible.
