Unit of Monitoring and Evaluating the Performance and responding to the Complaints

- Continuous communication with the Central Office of Inspection and Complaints Office in order to obtain the latest records, regulations, information and policy guidelines.

- Inspection at the provincial headquarters, all departments of the city and executive departments, according to the policy provided by the central inspection office

- Receiving and reviewing employees' complaints, as well as reviewing complaints by people on welfare issues and reflecting them to the Inspection Headquarters

- Providing inspection reports and complaints, and submit to superiors as well as responding to complainants
